Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At VIP Innerwear, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy provides a simple and transparent process to help you.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear and related products are returnable only under specific conditions, as mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- You have received a wrong product (different style, size, or color)by vip team.
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product has a manufacturing defect identified within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened, used, or tried innerwear (briefs, trunks, vests).
- Products where hygiene seals or tags have been removed.
- Items purchased under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” offers.
3. Return Request Timeline
- All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for processing.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vip.in or visit our Contact Us page with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
- If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled (where available).
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation of account details.
- Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only possible if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please share clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our quality team will review the case and process a free replacement or full refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of pre-shipment cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
